In PSA single methanol decarburization technology, 3 national patents have been applied and approved. Their patent number as follows: ZL200410046596.X, ZL200610056984.0 and ZL200610056985.5. In air gas-production (such as Batch gas-production), the hydrogen recovery of PSA single methanol decarburization technology is above 99.5 % (V), carbon monoxide recovery is above 99%(V),and the running cost of methanol is only 11 Yuan/t (such as electricity, circulating water, etc.). Compared to the traditional carbon-C decarburization process and NHD decarburization process, the patent technology makes carbon monoxide recovery higher about 3% (V), hydrogen recovery higher about 1%(V), and the methanol running cost save about 30 Yuan/t (such as electricity, solvent, circulating water, etc. electricity 0.38 Yuan/KWh). Compared to low temperature methanol washing process, the patent technology makes carbon monoxide and hydrogen lose none, and the methanol running cost save about 100 Yuan/t (such as electricity, cold energy, steam, solvent, circulating water, electricity 0.38 Yuan/KWh ),and the whole investment lower about 15%.
